One of the main excuses I hear from people about why they can’t seem to get organized is that they don’t have enough time. I observe people on social media, mainly Facebook, and I conclude that people waste an incredible amount of time. Perhaps these folks would have more time to do the things they really need to get done if they’d stop wasting time. Do we really need a dissertation about what happened to you on your flight, or on your latest trip to the grocery store, or a big long rant about politics? The answer is no, especially if you’re sitting there complaining about not having enough time.
Remember that saying your parents may have told you when you were a kid, “shit or get off the pot?” Well if you want to change your 2017 and reach certain goals, you do have to have a plan. You also need to cut out all of the bullshit and hunker down and get things done. Stop wasting time listening to drama, spewing drama or regurgitating somebody’s else’s drama. Write out your list of things to do and get them done. If you sit there creatively avoiding stuff and procrastinating, nothing’s going to get done. That’s it, there you have it, rant over!
